Eligibility: The raffle is open to CTO Electrify Conference attendees who are 18 years or older.

Entry Period: The raffle begins on the 14th and ends on the 16th of October.

• Create Dedicated CVD Content and get extra entries for every interaction (like, comment, share) on your post about Cloud Voice & Data! 

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

Prize: One (1) Microsoft Surface Go. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Accessories sold separately. 

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message and announced on our social media pages after the raffle ends.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time frame, a new winner will be selected.

Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow their names and likenesses to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or that contain prohibited content, are subject to disqualification.

Data Privacy: Personal data collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purposes of this raffle and in accordance with our privacy policy.

General Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
